【Methods】

１．   Ultra thin section De epoxy resin　cf：It is 10%Periodic acid sodium with the grid put on the stick.

                                                  It soaks for 30 minutes and it etches.

２． It washes it with I.S of 200 time dilution.（It is possible even by distilled water. ）

３．Several drops are dropped so that I.S of 200 time dilution is filled enough by the hall of the hall slide glass.

４．The grid is soaked in the I.S liquid in the hall.

５． A flat slide glass is overlapped and it shields it with the tape.

６． It is 50ml putting, a micro wave oven, and calefactory in the Coplin jar up to 95℃ as for I.S of 200 time dilution.

（Calefactory beforehand）

７． The slide glass that sets the grid is soaked in calefactory Coplin jar.

８． Intermittent irradiation for 15 minutes 250W and every 95℃
（５minutes ON３times、２seconds OFF2times）

９．It leaves it at the room temperature for 30 minutes.
